The Georgia City-County Management Association (GCCMA) is a recognized affiliate organization of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), a professional group comprised of appointed administrators serving cities, counties, regional councils and other local government in the State of Georgia.

Originally founded in the 1950s by a small group of managers interested in professional development, the GCCMA focuses on providing educational and professional resources as well as networking opportunities to a diverse membership. In addition to supporting city and county managers and administrators, directors of regional development centers and their principal assistants, we also serve state agency professionals, representatives of the Association County Commissioners of Georgia and members of the Georgia Municipal Association.
